To inspire the youth of Cavite, Bangko Mabuhay celebrates yearly the elementary and high school valedictorians from both public and private schools in Tanza, Cavite. A continuing endeavor since 1989, the program awards outstanding students the Medal of Excellence during a special commencement rite. Awardees are also honored with a testimonial luncheon held in different new and superb venues in Cavite. Aside from top graduates, parents, class advisers, the school principal and Department of Education officials are among the attendees of this grand annual event. The honorees are also given cash awards in a form of a savings account to inculcate to young achievers the value of savings. These together, makes it substantially exciting to the graduating students of the primary and secondary levels.
