• Latest General Information Sheet which lists the name of partners.
• 2 Valid Government Issued ID’s of Partners and Authorized Signatories
• Latest 1×1 inch picture of Authorized Signatories

For Corporation

• SEC Registration
• Articles of Corporation and By-Laws
• Board Resolution to Open Account (Notarized)
• Specimen Signatures of Signatory
• Income Tax Return
• Audited Financial Statement
• Latest General Information Sheet which lists the name of partners.
• 2 Valid Government Issued ID’s of authorized signatories
• Secondary License or Certificate of Authority issued by the Supervising Authority or Other Government Agencies if applicable.

• Authorization designating the signatories to deposit, withdraw endorse or negotiate checks and deal with the bank deposits
