MABS Requirements*
For Borrower
- Two(2) pcs. 1×1 inch or 2×2 inches picture
- Clearance (for loan purposes)
- Business Permits (Photocopy of Brgy. Permit, DTI or Mayor’s Permit)
- Utility Bills (Electrical, Water or Telephone Bill)
- Valid IDs with specified signatures (photocopy)
- Marriage Contract or Birth Certificate (photocopy)
For Co-Borrower
- Valid ID with three(3) Specified Signatures (photocopy)
- 1pc of 1×1 inch ID picture
For Co-Maker
- Valid ID with three(3) specified signatures (photocopy)
- 1pc of 1×1 inch ID picture
- Payslip (*if employed)
GRAMEEN Requirements*
