Requirements*

A. Requirements for Collateral
  • Transfer Certificate Title (TCT)
  • Certified True Copy of TCT (blue copy)
  • Tax Declaration of Land and Building
  • Official Receipt of Real Estate Tax Payment for current year
  • Certificate of Real Estate Non-Tax Delinquency
  • Certificate of Authorizing Registration (CAR ) *if needed
  • Special Power of Attorney *if applicable
  • SPA duly authenticated by the Consul General of the Philippine Embassy *if abroad
  • Bureau of Land Certification verifying that no title has yet been issued to Tax Declaration
  • Approved Plan or Location Plan
  • Cancellation of Mortgage *if applicable
  • Copy of Cancelled Title

       *Inspection Fee is based on the distance of property from Head Office (Non-refundable)

B. Eligibility Requirements

  • Two (2) Valid Government Identification (SSS, Passport, etc.)
  • Tin of Borrower(s)
  • Tin of Grantor(s) of SPA *if applicable
  • Two (2) pcs. 2×2 inches picture of borrower(s)
  • Marriage Contract or Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Billing (Utility Bills, Credit Card SOA)
  • Bank Statement/Certification (for three(3) months)Proof of Income

C. Proof of Income

       For Employee

  • ITR 2316 &/or latest Certificate of Employment
  • Payslip for the past three(3) months (for three(3) consecutive months)

       Remittance from Abroad

  • Certificate of Employment
  • Proof of Remittance (for three(3) consecutive months)

      For Single Proprietor

  • Business Permit (DTI, Mayor’s Permit, Brgy. Business Clearance, etc.)
  • Annual Income Tax Return (ITR with proof of payment)
  • Audited Financial Statements (atleast 2years)
  • Sales and Purchases Receipts of Journal Logbook
  • At least two(2) consecutive months)

      For Corporation

  • SEC Registration/Articles of Incorporation/By-Laws
  • Board Resolution and Secretary’s Certificate
  • Annual Tax Return (ITR)
  • Audited Financial Statements (at least two(2) years)
